Unleavened Bread Recipe - Small Batch
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. olive oil
+/- 3 tbsp. of water
Mix the ingredients together until it forms a soft dough similar to pie crust, and shape it into a ball. If it is too dry add a bit more water. The dough can then be rolled out and cut into bite size portions using a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Another option is to pinch off portions from the ball and shape with your fingers. Place your pieces onto an olive oiled baking sheet, sprinkle with more salt, and bake at 425 degrees for about 10 min.
Grape Juice
(Note: Most grapes purchased at the grocery store are table grapes which are naturally sweet and do not need additional sugar)
1 bundle of grapes
1 cup water
Potato Masher or something similar
Pot
Colander
Large Bowl
Sieve or coffee filter
small pitcher or similar container
Rinse your grapes. Place grapes and water into a large pot on medium high heat. Allow contents to boil for about 10 minutes. Turn off heat, and while still in pot mash grapes with masher. Allow grapes to cool about 10-20 min. Once cooled pour through colander into bowl to remove skins. If you prefer it more filtered, then pour it through a sieve/ coffee filter while pouring it into the pitcher. For best flavor refrigerate over night, and consume the next day.
